AI for all – Promoting participation of persons with disabilities through inclusive, fair and accessible artificial intelligence
18:00 - 19:15, Digitalt via FN:s webb-tv
Nordic countries gather experts to discuss how AI can empower people with disabilities, ensuring rights, accessibility, and equality for all.
This is a side event at the 18th Conference of States Parties to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, COSP18.
For persons with disabilities, AI can offer plenty of opportunities. But at the same time, concerns about human rights, participation, accessibility and gender equality in the use of AI are raised. The Nordic countries are bringing experts, disability advocates and policy makers together to discuss AI for all.
At the side event, a Nordic and Baltic ministerial declaration on promoting participation of persons with disabilities through inclusive, fair and accessible artificial intelligence will be released.
Join the side event via the live stream on UN Web TV. The link below will take you to the UN Web TV web page for the events on June 11.
